We appreciate your interest in Little Stepping Stones. If we have a specific job opening, it will be posted on this page in the right column. We normally hire for two positions, Full Time Teachers and Full and Part-Time Teacher Assistants.

• Full Time Teachers must be credentialed by the State of NC and we prefer people who have at least two years of experience.
• Teaching Assistants must be at least 18 years of age and have proof of a HS diploma or G.E.D.

All prospective employees must test negatively for TB and will be subject to a criminal background check. References must be provided and will be checked. All employees are required to have their fingerprints on record with LSS.
